Jannabi's bassist.

He originally quit playing the bass and went to uni to prepare to become a news announcer but he later rejoined Jannabi as a bassist. 

He's crazy about his nephew/nieces and looks after them really well. In his room there's a basket full of toys for them to play with.

On August 8, 2020, he became the first married man in Jannabi when he married his non-celebrity girlfriend. 


Trivia 

  • His nickname Jangbae is short for 'Jang Kyungjun Bass'. There's also the nickname 'Jang Bae Zon' they say it means Kyungjun's Zone since he's always at one side of the stage but actually it's short for 'Jang Kyungjun is f*cking good at playing the bass*
  • When he was in 2nd year of middle school he wanted to learn the guitar at church but since there was no guitar he grabbed the thing that looks like it so he had no other choice but to start learning the bass.
  • He uses Fender Precision Bass and Jazz Bass. Music Man Stingray was also spotted in their performances.
  • Dohyung calles him Jan Kyonjun-san or Kyonjun sama when he wants something.
  • He has many look-alikes. Lemon crab, Broccoli, Bichon Frise, Sesame Street, Jang Yoon-ju's husband, etc...
  • When he was in high school he was in the theater department. So when he watches horror movies with the members, the only thing that surprises him is the acting.
  • He prepared to be an announcer in college, so maybe that's the reason his voice and tone are stable and his diction is accurate, making his voice is easy to hear. When asked what would he be doing if he hadn't become a Jannabi member he replied 'I would have continued to prepare as an announcer'.
  • He has a dozen nicknames, when Jang Kyungjun calls him Kim Ddoddi he gets angry saying "am I some dish?"
  • Smiles the most out of the members and has a very approachable personality.
  • Said he can't eat fluorescent food. According to him that includes carrots, eggplants, broccoli, peppers, paprika, etc.... But he eats lemons and tomatoes.

  • Was a part-timer in a department store, butcher corner, and fruit store. But he says he doesn't know how to pick a good watermelon.

clarification of Jannabi's Choi Junghoon's rumors

1. SBS News reporting on a famous band vocalists dad who received the help of Kim Hak Eui and embezzled money.
